Changemaking groups and organisations often unwittingly reproduce the very conditions they seek to change in their ways of working and relating, becoming stuck in cycles of interpersonal conflict and relationship breakdown.
Our purpose is to upskill these groups with the relational capacities to catalyse systemic change by:
- Connecting the relational dynamics inside organisations with the wider power dynamics of social systems
- Upskilling changemakers to engage with and transform these dynamics as essential practices of their work to change wider systems
