New Paradigm Prototyping.
Picture
Why are we continuing to participate in existing local and global systems, when we know how much harm we are causing ourselves, each other and life on this planet?

At OpenEdge we do not have the answer, but we have insights from our collective learning, practice and experience, and we believe that viable alternatives rely on new ways of coming to collective answers, rather  than applying externally imposed solutions, so we want to explore questions and answers with you.

We work from the premise that life moves and changes and that new ways of being, organising and experiencing our existence are emerging all the time.  We help groups and individuals develop personal skills, capacities, knowledge that support agile, interdependent and inclusive working relationships and systems.

If we do not consciously evolve new cultures, systems and behaviours we will inevitably reproduce existing ones.

We are currently working with 3 key entry points: Identity, conflict and transition

Otherness Lab

A courageous space for a profound transformation of how we understand and engage with identity, diversity and inclusion.
Big claim, Tell me more!

Festival of Conflict

Discover why conflict isn't bad, and learn tools and capacities to enrich our lives, organisations, communities and relationships.
Erm, can conflict not be bad?

Transition Lounge

When so much change-work reproduces
existing ways of thinking, how do we get to a new story?
what actually is this?!

Why? …to transform violence that is hidden and unconscious in our thinking and our systems.

More about our purpose

How? ...using interdependent need-based methods, tools and processes, with the understanding that peace processes create peace impacts.

more about how we do our work
When a behaviour becomes the norm we lose our ability to view it as dysfunctional.
