We offer public programmes at different levels of depth, to enable participants to enter at a suitable level, and also to continue to deepen their practice. All programmes are designed to build both capacity and community, allowing for individual learning but also collective strength - growing the field of organisations equipped to effectively contribute to embodied systemic change in the world.

Here's what some of our previous participants have had to say:
“OpenEdge are real masters in navigating some of the most complex and confronting challenges of our times - how to create more equitable groups and organisations, whilst living power differences at the same time. They are master practitioners with a depth of knowledge and experience and a great deal of kindness to create the safety we need to take risks.”
Charlotte Millar, Freelance Strategist and Organisational Coach
“The systemic focus of this course sets it apart from other training I have done in this area. While each of us has our own work to do, stepping back and seeing wider systems reminds us that the most powerful change can come when we can stay in connection and move together. OpenEdge expertly built our awareness of both aspects.
I would highly recommend this course to anyone wanting to deepen their knowledge and understanding of EDI in general, and in particular of how to apply this in a truly transformative way.”
Hazel Lea Acland, Director of The Nest Southwest CIC
“A course for everyone interested in learning more about how working with equity can transform EVERYTHING from personal experiences, to relationships, to institutional structure, to policy and politics. This is a warm hearted space to not only learn about inclusion, but also feel what it feels like.”
Sophie Lovett & James Lucas, Co-founders of the Moor Imagination Collective
